42. Regulation not to extend to grants not badshahi.
- No part of this Regulation is to be considered to extend to lands held exempt from the payment of public revenue under grants not being of the description of those termed badshahi or royal.The rules applicable to such grants are contained in Regulation XIX, 1793.
