FACTS:

2.   Complainant by his RTI application had sought for year­wise names of all the consultants  who have been engaged by EdCIL in the "Rastriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan" project since  the commencement of the project and resigned etc. PIO replied on 10.08.2015 providing para­ wise information. Being unsatisfied, Complainant filed First Appeal and thereafter, approached  Commission.

DECISION:

3.   Both the parties made their submissions.  The appellant submitted that he had not got the  complete   information   from   the   respondent   authority.     On   the   other   hand,   the   respondent  authority submitted that they had already furnished the required information to the complainant  in compliance with the earlier order of the Commission.  He further submitted that the present  CIC/SA/C/2015/000273 Page 1 complaint of the complainant is nothing but a repetition of the earlier one.   The Commission  having heard the submissions and perused the record, questioned the complainant for filing the  complaint   before   the   Commission,   having   already   received   the   required   information.     The  Complainant could not make any convincing submissions.  Hence the Commission rejects the  complaint.
