Section 1 in Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for the State of Goa and Union Territories (Solar PV Grid Interactive System based on Net Metering) Regulations, 2019" (hereinafter referred to as "Net Metering Regulations, 2019")
1. Short Title, Commencement and extent.
- 1.1. These Regulations shall be called the "Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for the State of Goa and Union Territories (Solar PV Grid Interactive System based on Net Metering) Regulations, 2019" (hereinafter referred to as "Net Metering Regulations, 2019").1.2These Regulations shall come into force from the date of publication in the official gazette.1.3These Regulations shall extend to the State of Goa and the Union Territories of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Chandigarh, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu, Lakshadweep and Puducherry.1.4These Regulations shall apply only to the Grid Connected Rooftop mounted, ground mounted and floating Solar Power Projects.
