Section 6(9) in Bihar State Regulation of Cold Storage Licensing Rules, 1993
(9)Fire extinguishers and disinfection equipments and other materials in basement of Cold Storage shall be kept ready for use and trained personnel shall also be engaged to maintain such equipments and materials.
