Section 205(1) in Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Orissa Legislative Assembly
(1)A witness may be summoned by an order signed by the [Secretary] [Substituted vide O.L.A.Notification No. 12248-L.A.dated 8.4.1987.] and shall produce such documents as are required for the use of the Committee.
