Section 91 in The Calcutta Metropolitan Water And Sanitation Authority Act, 1966
91. Provision for removal of difficulty. -
If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any of the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by notification, take such steps or issue such orders not inconsistent with this Act as may appear to it to be necessary or impediment for the purpose of removing such difficulty.
