Section 89 in The Calcutta Metropolitan Water And Sanitation Authority Act, 1966
89. Directions by the State Government.-
The State Government may, after consultation with the Authority, give to the Authority such directions of a general character relating to the performance of its functions and duties under this Act as appear to the State Government to be requisite in the public interest and the Authority shall give effect to such directions.
