Though they have been working diligently for the last 16 years, there is a threat of discontinuance of their services: the present Writ Petition is fied.
Learned counsel for the Patifloners would submit that salaries are being credited by the Respondent No. 4 and there is, in a sense, an employes-employer relationship. +"
