1. Pursuant to the order, dated 21.11.2025, the Director, Industries, Department of Industry, Government of Bihar, Patna, appears personally through virtual mode before this Court.

2. Mr. Shankar Kumar, learned counsel for the contemnor, submits that LPA, bearing LPA No. 576 of 2024, which Patna High Court MJC No.293 of 2025(6) dt.12-12-2025 2/2 has been filed against the order under contempt, was heard on 10.12.2025 and the said appeal has been fixed for further hearing on Monday i.e. 15 th December, 2025 under the heading "For Admission".

3. Accordingly, put up this case, under the appropriate heading, on 9th January, 2026, at 01:00 PM, for compliance of the order under contempt and/or for producing positive order, if any, passed by the LPA Bench.

4. The Director, Industries, Department of Industry, Government of Bihar, Patna, shall appear personally through virtual mode before this Court on the next fixed date i.e. 09th January, 2026, at 01:00 PM, if the order under contempt is not complied by that date.
