Section 42(1) in The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission Comprehensive (Conduct Of Business) Regulations, 2001
(1)An exemption from licence under section 21 of the Act shall be granted consistent with the provisions of the Act and in accordance with the regulations framed by the Commission from time to time.
