6.
The house-master and his assistant shall be responsible to the Superintendent for-(a)the tone and general behaviour of their house;(b)the training of each inmate therein;(c)the cleanliness of the wards, rooms, clothing and bedding and their being kept in good order and repair, and(d)the proper distribution of food among lire inmates.
