Section 4(1) in The Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority (Electronic Negotiable Warehouse Receipts) Regulations, 2017
(1)The Authority shall promote, regulate and develop the electronic system of holding and transfer of credit balances of the goods deposited in warehouses through registration of one or more repositories.
