(6)Applications from private candidates must be accompanied in each case by (a) satisfactory certificate of character, and (b) written proof that the candidate has pursued a regular course of study under proper discipline and guardianship, bonafide teachers in High schools must produce in lieu of proof of study, certificates of service from the Headmasters/Principals of the schools in which they have been employed; and teachers from schools other than High/Higher Secondary schools must produce such certificate from the Sub-divisional Education Officer in whose jurisdiction their schools are situated.
