for the petitioner.

By the instant petition, the petitioner is raising grievance that the land of
the petitioner is now being utilized by the respondents for raising
construction, but no acquisition has been made so far.
The learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has also sent a notice on 17.03.2021 (Annexure-P/14) to the respondents for not encroaching the land of the petitioner and also for not demolishing the structure already made by the petitioner over its land. He further submits that it is every possibility that the respondents may demolish the construction raised by the petitioner and may also encroach the land of the petitioner whereas there is no acquisition so far made by the respondents.
Let notice be issued to the respondents on payment of process fee within seven days, returnable within four weeks.
By way of interim measure, it is directed that status quo be maintained in respect of the land of the petitioner which is described in notice dated 17.03.2021 (Annexure-P/14) till the next date of hearing.
It is made clear that this interim order would operate only when no acquisition of the land of the petitioner has been made so far.
