                 ORAL ORDER

2 26-09-2016

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties have fairly conceded that the impugned order dated 28.03.2014 Patna High Court CWJC No.13979 of 2014 (2) dt.26-09-2016 2/2 passed in Land Disputes Resolution Case No. 82/256 of 2013- 2014 by the respondent D.C.L.R., Siwan Sadar, as contained in Annexurre-1 to the writ petition, is appealable under the provisions of Section 14 of The Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009.

In above view of the matter, after some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the appellate authority for grant of appropriate relief(s) to the petitioners with respect to lands in question.

Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
