Section 13(1) in Assam Non-Government Educational Institutions (Regulation of Fees) Act, 2018
(1)The Government shall constitute a committee for the purpose of revision against the order passed by the Fee Regulatory Committee. The headquarter of the Fee Revision Committee shall be at Guwahati or at such other place, as may be decided by the Chairperson of the Committee.
