UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
The present is an appeal from the impugned judgment dated 6th August, 2013 by which a concurrent finding under Order 12 Rule 6 of C.P.C. has been set aside by the High Court and the High Court has found as a fact that no admissions were, in fact, made. The Trial Court will decide the suit on a day-to-day basis within a period of four months, without being influenced by any of the observations made by the High Court.
The special leave petition is disposed of. Status-quo to continue until the suit is finally disposed of.
CONTEMPT PETITION © NO.113/2014 IN SLP(C) NO.29404/2013:
The contempt petition is dismissed as not pressed.
