Section 40(1) in The Krantiguru Shyamji Krishna Verma Kachchh University Act, 2003
(1)Every affiliated college and recognised or approved institution shall, in respect of the medium of instruction, teaching, training and examination therein, comply with the provisions made in that behalf by this Act, and the Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations.
