(16)set-up counseling Centre in its Head Quarters and support State Adoption Resource Agencies for setting-up of counseling centre at State and District level for:-(a)counseling of the prospective adoptive parents;(b)counseling of older children, wherever required;(c)preparing post-adoption follow-up report, wherever required;(d)post adoption counseling of adopted children and adoptive parents; and(e)assisting and counseling of older adoptees in root search.
