Section 2(xv) in Manipur Technical University Act, 2016
(xv)"management" means the trustees or the managing or governing body, by whatever name called, of any trust registered under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 (Central Act No. 2 of 1882) or any society registered under the Manipur Societies Registration Act, 1989 (Manipur Act No. 1 of 1990)under whose management one or more colleges or recognized institutions, are to be admitted to the privileges of the University;
