Section 15 in Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014
15. Ex-gratia payments.
- The Authority may, make an ex-gratia payment to a person sustaining damage by reason of the exercise of one or more of the powers vested in the Authority or its employees under and by virtue of this Act and maintain records in such manner as may be prescribed.
