Section 7(3) in The Orissa Motor Transport Workers' Rules, 1966
(3)The fee for the amendment of the certificate of registration shall be [one hundred rupees] [Substituted vide O.G.E. No. 540 dated 31.3.2005.] plus the amount, if any, by which the fee that would have been payable, if the licence had been originally issued in the amended form exceeds the fee originally paid for the certificate of registration.
