Section 339D(v) in The Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961
(v)illegally influences the officers aforesaid in granting such sanction or in omitting to make a report of such illegal diversion of land or construction of a building in such area shall be punished with simple imprisonment which may extend to six months or with fine or with both:
