HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE LALIT BATRA
Present: Mr. Puneet Bali, Senior Advocate with

for the petitioner.
MAHESH GROVER, J. (Oral)
The petitioner states that the official respondents have flouted the terms of the auction only to benefit the respondent No.5. It is undisputed that respondent No.5 is a successful bidder which ordinarily would imply that the process has to be concluded in his favour but the petitioner makes a grievance of condition being flouted and in this regard he has submitted a legal notice (Annexure P-6) which has not been decided so far.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and without commenting on the merits of the case, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the present petition with a direction to the official respondents to consider the legal notice dated 12.03.2019(Annexure P-6) submitted by the 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 14-04-2019 00:56:32 ::: CWP No.8467 of 2019 :2: petitioner and take a decision thereon by passing a speaking order as expeditiously as possible within a period of four weeks from today.
