ORDER :
1 The matter has been placed today in view of order dated 20.04.2023 by which this Court had directed the Registry to send a communication to Dr. Jagannath Pati, Joint Director of CARA about the next date of hearing. The communication shall indicate that this Court expects Dr. Jagannath Pati, Joint Director of CARA to remain present before this Court on the adjourned date.

There is communication by way of e-mail dated 04.07.2023 sent by Dr. Jagannath Pati, Director, (Programme) CARA addressed to the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court where request is made for another date for a physical hearing and that an affidavit shall be filed in compliance with the directions of this Court.
3 Accordingly, the matter shall be placed on 03.08.2023 at 2.30 p.m. in Court. Dr. Jagannath Pati, Joint Director, CARA, shall remain present on that date and comply with the order of this Court dated 17.02.2020 as well as the subsequent order dated 20.04.2023 by filing affidavit on behalf of CARA.
