Section 123(5) in Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act, 1965
(5)Subject to the previous sanction of the Government, the Tribunal shall frame regulations consistent with the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder, for regulating its procedure and the disposal of its business. The regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
