Section 6(2) in Maharashtra Horticulture Development Corporation Act, 1984
(2)A member of the Corporation who is nominated or who becomes member of the Corporation by virtue of holding any office being the member referred to in clauses (a) to (i) and (k) of sub-section (1) of section 4 shall, notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, cease to be a member of the Corporation as soon as he cease to hold that office.
