Section 15(1) in Rajasthan Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2016
| (i) a person who has been a Civil Judge or aJudicial Magistrate | - Chairperson; |
| (ii) a retired Deputy Commissioner of MunicipalCorporation or retired Commissioner ofMunicipal Council orretired Executive Officer of Municipal Board, in the division | - Member; and |
| (iii) a prominent social worker, preferablyhaving experience in the field of informal economyincludingstreet vending in the same region | - Member. |
