Section 72(1) in The Ajmer Abolition of Intermediaries and Land Reforms Rules, 1955
(1)An Officer or authority holding an enquiry under the Act shall before entering upon any land or building in the Estate of an Intermediary under clause (a) of Section 70 inform the Intermediary and other persons in actual possession of the land or the building of the time and date when he proposes to enter upon the land or the building. The time should not ordinarily be before sunrise and after sunset.
