94. Fund for the Kerala Urban Art Commission.
- A separate fund shall be created for carrying out the objectives of the Kerala Urban Art Commission, which shall be kept at the disposal of the Kerala Urban Art Commission the Development Authority or the Joint Planning Committee or the Local Self Government Institution has entered into a contract, in the performance or execution by such person of his duty or of anything which he is empowered or required to do under this Act; or(b)removes any mark set up for the purpose of indicating any level or direction necessary for the execution of works authorised under this Act, shall on conviction be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two months or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees or with both.
