Section 45 in West Bengal Inland Fisheries Rules, 1985
45. Exemption.
-The Government having regard to the conditions prevailing in any locality and if it finds it necessary to do so in the public interest may by notification exempt, subject to any condition as it may think fit to impose, any class or classes of dealers from the operation of the provisions of the rules under this Chapter.
