7. Publication of draft scheme by the Agency.
(1)The Agency shall as far as possible prepare the draft scheme within a period of 180 days from the date of final publication of scheme area under section 4.(2)The draft development scheme as prepared by the Agency shall be published in official Gazette and also in such manner as prescribed, inviting objections from the owners of the land and such other persons as may be interested.
