This appeal by the assessee is preferred against the order of the CIT (Appeals)- 2, New Delhi, dated 27.02.2019 pertaining to assessment year 2010-11.
2. Vide application dated NIL the assessee sought permission for withdrawal of the appeal as the dispute has been settled under the Vivad se Vishwas Scheme. Noting the contents of the application the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
3. In the result the appeal of the assessee is dismissed.
