Section 600(6) in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
(6)Every place vested in the Corporation used for burying, cremating or otherwise disposing of the dead, shall be registered in the register kept under Sub-section (3), and a plan showing the locality, extent and boundaries thereof bearing the signature of the Corporation Engineer shall be deposited in the Corporation office.
