34. Minutes of Meeting.
- Every proceeding of the General Body meeting shall be recorded in the minute book maintained for the purpose and authenticated by the Chairperson or the person who has presided over the meeting, as the case may be. A copy of the minutes shall be sent to the higher level of the Water Users' Association and the Competent Authority.Chapter-VIFunds, Budget and Audits.
