Section 1 in Telangana Vaidya Vidhana Parishad Act, 1986
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.2, Health, Medical and Family Welfare (B2) Department, dated 07.01.2016. ] Vaidya Vidhana Parishad Act, 1986.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.2, Health, Medical and Family Welfare (B2) Department, dated 07.01.2016. ].(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint.
