As prayed by learned counsel for the parties, list this case on 16.02.2026 for arguments in response, by Veracious Infracon Developers Pvt. Ltd. and Official Liquidator.
Apart from the issue involved in the present case, it has constantly been requested by the Official Liquidator that he is Official Liquidator for the entire State of Madhya Pradesh. As such, he has to attend the cases in three benches of this Court i.e. at Principal Bench, Jabalpur, this Bench at Indore and at Gwalior. Thus, it would be convenient for him, if the company matters at this Bench are listed on a particular day of the week.
As such, the Registry is directed to list all company matters preferably on Mondays of the week.
