Section 11(1) in Haryana Housing Board (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Officers and Employees) Regulations, 2006
(1)Seniority inter se of the members of the Service on the same post shall be determined as per the date of appointment on the post; a member appointed earlier shall rank senior to the member appointed on a later date. Seniority shall be determined separately for each cadre.
