Section 11(1)(b) in The Haryana Service of Engineers, Class I, Public Works Department (Building and Roads Branch), (Public Health Branch) and (Irrigation Branch) respectively Act, 1995

(b)in the case of an appointment by transfer, any period of work in the rank of Executive Engineer or above, prior to appointment to the Service may, at the discretion of Government by allowed to count towards the period of probation fixed under this section; and
