Section 28(1) in Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies (Regulation and Monitoring of Swimming Pools) Rules, 2015
(1)The clarity of water shall be that a 4 inch black-and-white object in the deepest water is clearly visible from the pool deck. The pH of the pool water shall be between 7.2 and 8.0 and the free residual chlorine count shall be from 0.6 to 1.5ppm depending on the pH.
