(2)On receipt of an application under sub-rule (1), the Tribunal shall, if it is prima facie satisfied, after hearing the parties, about the reasonableness of such application, issue notice to such other child, or relative to show cause why they should not be imp-leaded as a party, and shall after giving them an opportunity of being heard, pass an order regarding their impleadment or otherwise.
