Section 37(1) in The Gujarat Agricultural Universities Act, 2004
(1)The rights conferred on an institution by recognition may be withdrawn or suspended for any period if the institution has failed to observe any of the conditions of its recognition or the institution has conducted in a manner which is prejudicial to the interest of education.
