Section 10(2) in The Orissa Private Secretaries to Secretaries to Departments of Government Rules, 1974
(2)The list approved by Government under Sub-rule (1) shall ordinarily remain in force one year with effect from the date on which the said list has been approved by Government or until the next list is finalised whichever is later.
