FINAL ORDER
FACTS:
1. The appellant sought copy of contingent bills for Rs. 4000, Rs. 5000, Rs. 54000 and Rs. 6,70,295 etc. The CPIO provided information as obtained from DD(F) Fin & A/C branch of ESIC hospital stating that bills are not traceable since work of arranging of bills is in process post seepage of rainwater in store room and forwarded copy of Payment Vouchers of bills. The FAA by order dated 4.11.2015 directed CPIO to provide information within 10 days. The appellant approached this Commission.
Decision :
2. The Commission finds that sufficient information has been furnished to the appellant, therefore, the second appeal is hereby disposed of.
