Section 8(2) in Telangana Court of Wards Act, 1350 F
(2)Any action taken by the [Collector] [Substituted for the word 'Taluqdar' by the A.P.A.O. 1957.] under subsection (1) shall be reported by him without undue delay to the Court, which shall decide whether the [Collector] [Substituted for the word 'Taluqdar' by the A.P.A.O. 1957.] should withdraw his management or submit a report under section 10.
