                               UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following
                                                  O R D E R

1. In pursuance to the notice issued by this Court, the complainant is personally present in the Court. He has already filed his memorandum of written submissions.

2. On a specific query being put to him, as to whether he would like to have assistance of a counsel from the Legal Aid Services.

Be that as it may, this Court finds that it will be 1 appropriate that in addition to the learned senior counsel already assisting the Court, Shri Ranjit Kumar, learned senior counsel, also assist us as an Amicus Curiae. We, therefore, have requested Shri Ranjit Kumar, learned senior counsel, to assist us as an Amicus Curiae.

4. The request of the Court is graciously accepted by Shri Ranjit Kumar, learned senior counsel.

5. We direct the Registry to furnish a complete set of papers/pleadings to Shri Tushar Mehta, learned Solicitor General of India, Shri Kapil Sibal, Shri B.H. Marlapalle and Shri Ranjit Kumar, learned senior counsel.

6. The Registry is directed to accept the submissions of all the aforesaid senior counsel through their respective assisting counsel.
