Section 10(v) in The Orissa Kendu Leaves Manual, 1973
(v)He shall check the stock account of phadies under his jurisdiction with reference to the quantity of Kendu Leaves purchased and shall certify that the leaves purchased are of proper quality as specified in the Agreement with Orissa Forest Corporation Ltd.
