Section 166(3) in The Naval Ceremonial, Conditions Of Service And Miscellaneous Regulations, 1964
(3)Candidates must be between the age of 21 and 25 years on the date of entry. In the case of candidates with teaching experience or other special qualifications, the upper age limit may be specially relaxed by the Government.
