Section 84(1) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996
(1)Goods by post parcels, shall, if they are liable to pay octroi, be produced at the Panchayat Office and the amount of octroi thereon shall be assessed, realised and paid in accordance with Sub-rule (4) of Rule 82.
