(2)Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing powers, rules may be made under this section governing all or any of the following matter either generally in respect of vehicles or of a particular class or description or in particular circumstances, namely:-(a)the width, height and length of vehicles;(b)the size nature and condition of wheels and tyres;(c)tracks;(d)lamp and reflectors;(e)warning devices;(f)the inspection of vehicles by prescribed authorities;(g)regulation the particulars exhibited on vehicles and the manner in which particular shall be exhibited.
